As I was driving by the Loomis Methodist Church community garden I was struck by the wonderful sunflowers reaching up to the sky. There's something in-your-face about sunflowers; that's why they're so much fun to paint. One of the 31 paintings in the 31 days of July challenge that I painted during the 2018 World Watercolor Month. 180728. Watercolor, 8" x 8".
