| This year Jean received a bouquet of pink tulips for Mother's Day. I couldn't resist painting them. And now, though they've faded and have been discarded, their beauty lives on. I tried a new color -- Daniel Smith Bordeaux -- and really like it. There's also a touch of Holbein Opera to brighten it up. Happy Spring! Watercolor, 14.5" x 10.5". |
