| I used pen and ink, then watercolor to paint this view of Mount Kenya, second highest peak in Africa after Mt. Kilimanjaro (19,341 ft) in Tanzania. Mt. Kenya has three peaks. Batian (17,057 ft), Nelion (17,021 ft), and Point Lenana (16,355 ft), all three of which are seen in this painting. I painted it as a gift for my pastor friend in Eldoret, Kenya. 190902. 14" x 7". |
